1. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting a quote, scheduling a service, or using the website of Rhino Post-Construction Cleaning, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

Rhino Post-Construction Cleaning agrees to provide commercial post-construction cleaning services as outlined in the specific Estimate or Statement of Work provided to the Client.

Inclusions: Rough cleaning, final cleaning, and touch-up cleaning as specified in the quote.

Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated, our services do not include the removal of biohazards, toxic waste, heavy construction debris requiring dumpsters (unless arranged prior), or exterior landscaping.

3. Site Readiness & Access

Access: The Client must provide Rhino Post-Construction Cleaning with access to the job site (keys, codes, badges) at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a "Lockout Fee" of $150.

Other Trades: Ideally, the cleaning should be the final step. If other trades (painters, electricians, etc.) are working simultaneously, Rhino Post-Construction Cleaning is not responsible for re-cleaning areas dirtied by other contractors.

Utilities: The Client ensures that electricity and running water are available at the site.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates: Quotes are based on the information provided and a site walkthrough.

Scope Creep: If the condition of the site differs significantly from the initial walkthrough (e.g., excessive debris left by contractors, incomplete construction), we reserve the right to adjust the price. We will obtain Client approval before proceeding with additional costs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Invoices are due upon receipt unless Net 30 terms have been pre-approved.

Deposits: A deposit of 30% may be required to secure the scheduling dates.

Late Fees: Past due balances are subject to a late fee of [% Amount] per month.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that construction schedules shift.

Notice: Please provide at least [48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Fees: Cancellations made with less than [48 hours] notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Inspection

Walk-Through: Upon completion of the cleaning, we recommend a final walk-through with the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.

Reporting Issues: Any deficiencies or missed items must be reported within [24 hours] of service completion. We will return to correct these issues at no extra charge. Claims made after this window are considered new billable work.

8. Liability and Insurance

Insurance: Rhino Post-Construction Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. Proof of insurance (COI) is available upon request.

Damages: While we take extreme care, accidents happen. We are not liable for damage due to faulty installation (e.g., loose fixtures, scratched glass prior to our arrival) or pre-existing damage.

Safety: Our staff follows strict OSHA guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse work in areas deemed unsafe.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
